WHO AM I?

Claire Kinrade

I am a fully qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor specialising in Movement Rehabilitation, particularly focusing on Fascial Health. I believe how a person moves, is a good indicator of both physical and mental well being.

I have been teaching since 2007 and have trained extensively in that time, including a month long training course in Toronto, Canada, with  STOTT Pilates.  I am fully qualified and certified with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and have taken the year long course with the highly acclaimed Anatomist and Fascial researcher, Gary Carter.  Most recently I have trained with "Anatomy Trains in Motion", who are the highly skilled educators that the world renowned Fascial author, structural integrator, and educator, Tom Myers, has championed.  As I consider myself an eternal student, I continually seek out courses to educate myself and therefore my clients.

One to One sessions with me are a good way to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your Pilates.  They are great on their own or along side class based Pilates.  One to one sessions allow you to discuss your own goals, factor in any physical issues you may have, and allow you to gain confidence in a private environment.  I have a studio set up with varied equipment for a different approach to class based Pilates.  


I offer Pilates classes, small group classes in my studio, and Private 1:1 sessions on my studio equipment.
